- Providing, maintaining, and improving our services. Google Workspace data is used only to provide or improve the specific user-facing Google integration features authorized by the user and is not used for generalized AI model training.

Google Workspace Data
When a user connects a Google account, Callvera may access the account email address, Gmail message content, message headers, sender and recipient information, and Gmail thread history. Callvera uses this information only to provide the email features requested by the user, including displaying conversations, identifying and classifying customer inquiries, generating suggested reply drafts, and sending a reply when the user explicitly chooses to do so.
Callvera does not use Google Workspace data for advertising, credit decisions, data brokerage, or unrelated analytics.
Sharing and Disclosure of Google User Data
Callvera does not sell Google user data.
We disclose Google user data only to service providers that process data on our behalf and only where necessary to operate the user-facing features requested by the user. These providers include:
These providers process information under contractual confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations. Google user data submitted through the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve generalized AI models. We do not permit any service provider to use Google user data for advertising, independent profiling, sale, or generalized AI or machine-learning model training.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate security incidents or abuse, or as part of a corporate transaction where legally permitted and subject to appropriate notice or consent.

- OpenAI, through its business API service, to process the limited email content necessary to classify inquiries and generate contextual reply drafts.
AI Processing
Callvera uses third-party AI processing services to analyze connected email content and generate user-facing classifications and suggested replies. Only the information reasonably necessary to provide these features is submitted for processing.
Google Workspace data, including raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived data, is not used by Callvera or its service providers to create, train, or improve generalized or foundational artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Google API Limited Use
Callvera’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Retention and Deletion
Callvera retains Google user data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the connected email features, meet legitimate security requirements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Users may disconnect their Google account and may request deletion of Google-derived data stored by Callvera by contacting support@callvera.ai. After a valid deletion request, applicable data will be deleted unless retention is required by law or necessary for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
Data Security
Google user data and OAuth credentials are protected using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. Data is encrypted during transmission, access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel, and credentials are stored using secured access controls.
GDPR Rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection to processing.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand activity on our service. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent.

Callvera uses contracted service providers for cloud hosting, security, data processing, and artificial intelligence functionality.
