Example math for a larger business: 9 roles freed × $60k to $105k average salary × 90% automated is about $500k to $850k a year. $105k is the midpoint of the $60k to $150k band on each role, and ~$1.05M is ten roles at that midpoint. How it works

How a role joins the AI workforce.

We come inside, learn the work from your best person, and leave an AI workforce on the role and the handoffs. You still approve money, contracts, and anything a customer sees.

  1. 1Week 1

    Map the lifecycle

    Find where the money leaks.
    We do

Walk your customer lifecycle end to end and price every manual step in hours and dollars.

    You give

One working session with your ops lead and view access to the tools the work runs in.

    You get

A leak map: which roles to move first and what each one is worth per year.

  2. 2~10 working days

Brief the role, shadow your ace

Capture how your best person really does it.
    We do

Write the role brief, then record your top performer doing the real work, edge cases included.

    You give

Your best person working as normal, plus quick answers on the judgment calls.

    You get

A signed-off role brief and a playbook built from recordings of your ace.

  3. 3Go live, then ongoing

    Launch, approve, hand off

The AI workforce runs the role. A human signs off on what matters.
    We do

Put the AI workforce to work inside your tools, then hand it off and keep it current as your process changes.

    You give

One owner who approves the calls that matter: money, contracts, anything a customer sees.

    You get

The role running 24/7, one approval queue, and no backlog.

FAQ

What operators ask first

Is this the phone answering product?

No. This is a separate service. We come inside and stand up an AI workforce for the back-office roles. The phone product is a different offer.

Is the $500k to $850k a promise?

No. That range is an example we often see in larger businesses with about ten roles in the $60k to $150k band. We map your actual numbers on the call.

How long until a role is live?

Week 1 we map where the money leaks. About 10 working days to brief the role and shadow your best person. Then the AI workforce goes live, you approve what matters, and we hand it off.

What do we have to give you?

A working session with your ops lead, view access to the tools, your best person doing the real work, and one owner who approves money, contracts, and anything a customer sees.

Who still signs off?

A person on your team. The AI workforce runs the repetitive work and the handoffs. A human approves money, contracts, and anything a customer sees.

Does this mean firing the department?

No. The example leaves one person to review, approve, and handle exceptions, with an AI workforce on the other nine roles. Profit comes back from the same revenue. You do not hire a second department to do the repetitive work.
