Overview
You can ask Callvera to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes data we receive when a business connects its Facebook Page or Instagram account to Callvera, such as lead form submissions and Messenger or Instagram messages.
How to Request Deletion
Email support@callvera.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your name
- The phone number and email address you used
- The business you contacted, or the Facebook Page or Instagram account you messaged
What Happens Next
We will confirm that we received your request within 3 business days. We delete the matching personal data from our systems within 30 days and email you when it is done. We may keep a limited record where the law requires it, for example billing records.
Removing Callvera From Facebook
If you connected Callvera to your Facebook account or Page, you can remove its access at any time. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Callvera and click Remove. Removing access stops new data from reaching Callvera. To delete data we already hold, also send a request as described above.
